Michelle Sellgren (formerly Magnusson) started her career in real estate in 2003 in Palm Beach County. She also has 20 years of experience in professional marketing and design, with expertise in modern marketing strategies incorporating social media, email, print design, copywriting and more. If you list your home, you can rest assured that your property will be promoted with the highest level of professionalism, including excellent pictures and no typographical errors. Michelle went to high school in DeLand, went to college at the University of Florida (majoring in psychology, with a sociology minor), and has lived locally in Deltona, Longwood, Maitland, Altamonte Springs and Winter Park. Currently, she resides in Altamonte Sprins, an area she is particularly fond of. She lives there with her husband Jason, two cats and a Chihuahua named Marley. Michelle equally enjoys working with sellers or buyers. A big fan of HGTV, Michelle is just as enthusiastic as you are to see the interior of homes newly placed on market--and let the imagination begin! In her free time, Michelle is a fine artist, working primarily in acrylic. For buyers and sellers alike, Michelle offers the incentive of a FREE original painting of your choice (from her selection of paintings or you can request a custom piece) as your gift upon closing. Nonprofit organizations have a special place in Michelle's heart. She advocates volunteering through the Meetup
group she founded, "Step Up For Love," which introduces volunteers to local nonprofits in a social context. Michelle works with several nonprofit organizations, including ones that address homelessness. Michelle has also started venturing into investing in properties herself, for the purpose of rehabbing and selling. She is a member of CFRI
(Central Florida Realty Investors) and welcomes the opportunity to transform a dilapidated property into something beautiful again.
